I understand that life can get overwhelming at times. You may feel lost, as though you have no one to talk to. Perhaps you need time to process traumatic events or you're going through big life changes.
Therapy can be accessed if you're wanting to feel heard and you just need to talk. It is my ultimate goal to create a supportive environment so in your own time, you will feel ready to talk about your feelings.
